Base Comp Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annual

Join Anedot as an Integrations Engineer, taking ownership of building, maintaining, and supporting integrations with nonprofit CRMs—Salesforce, HubSpot, Virtuous, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang, Blackbaud—as well as supporting additional platforms when necessary. This is a backend-focused role requiring proficiency in integration best practices, strong API skills, as well as customer-facing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills, especially experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
  • Experience with proper error handling, flow control, and building to prevent user error
  • Familiarity with technologies and standards like REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience developing, testing, and deploying integration solutions in production environments
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage conflicting priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented, with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach

  • Write well-designed, testable spec-driven code, commit work to GitHub to ensure compatibility and stability
  • Work in friendly agile team, collaborative, engineering environment with continuous delivery
  • Review the work of team members providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Work with the team to upgrade, troubleshoot, and debug, existing systems
  • Continuously increase knowledge and skills of codebase languages, frameworks, & tools
