Patrick O’Keefe is the Vice President, Customer Experience at Anedot, where he leads the team dedicated to helping organizations maximize their fundraising and engagement through Anedot’s powerful giving platform. With extensive experience in customer success, leadership, and digital strategy, Patrick ensures that every customer—whether a nonprofit, church, ministry, campaign, or educational institution—has the tools and support they need to thrive.
In addition to his work at Anedot, Patrick serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Political Communication Master’s program at the University of Florida, where he teaches graduate students how to effectively communicate and mobilize audiences in today’s digital landscape.
