Through our discussions with customers, we realized that there was a demand to pair our donation platform with the power of Salesforce CRM.
We are proud to announce a direct integration from Anedot to Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) available in the Salesforce AppExchange.
We will also be adding support for other Salesforce applications in the coming months.
How does it work?
Our integration with Salesforce sends data collection from Anedot Action Pages to Salesforce’s CRM.
This data presently includes:
- Contact information
- Lead data
- Donation data
- Opportunities
When someone becomes a donor or supporter in Anedot, their Salesforce record is created or updated to reflect this.
As we are always adding more functionality to our platform, we will always be adding to what you can send to Salesforce as well.
How can I set up the Salesforce integration?

Please check out the guide, but in short, you will install Nonprofit Success Pack, login to the AppExchange, install the Anedot Salesforce Package, and then connect Anedot to Salesforce inside your Anedot instance, then map your fields.
