Credit card auto-updater
We have worked with the credit card brands and built the latest version of Card Updater directly into the product.
As of today, Anedot will automatically update the credit card information for any recurring donor whose credit card is expiring in 30 days or less.
This means the majority of your donors on Anedot should no longer have to manually update their credit card information.
Manual update user experience improvement
If a donor needs to update their payment information manually, we have updated that process too. And, it is very fast!
From now on, a donor will receive this email if their credit card is expiring soon:
Once they click on the "Update Payment Method" button, it will send them directly to this screen to update their information:
